A) RELEASE SCHEDULE / PLANS AND CONTINGENCIES



Documentary Blocking:
0 - 30 secs = Montage of gloomy shots and facts about Dementia over black screens
30 - 60 secs = Footage of interview being set up for Janet, in Woodlands - introduction to Janet (professional)
1:00 - 1:30 min = First (and second?) question asked and answered over footage of patient
1:30 - 2:00 min = Third question answered with footage of carer working in the kitchen or with other patients.
2:00 - 2:30 min = The fourth question to the professional is asked before black screen and more facts again.
2:30 - 3:00 min = Transition into family member interview with footage of old photographs of their connection
3:00 - 3:30 min = First (and second?) question asked in the comfort of wife's own home.
3:30 - 4:00 min = Footage of wife interacting with the patient over the answer.
4:00 - 4:30 min = Third and fourth question asked over personal family shots
4:30 - 5:00 min = More gloomy footage over final answer and a final shots of patient. Credits.

TALENT RELEASE FORMS:
I am unable to obtain the signature from Shaun Diver, the patient, due to him suffering from Dementia, thus The power of attorney signs in his favour. Sarah Diver gives permission for Shaun Diver's footage to be used.

After receiving the feedback from my presentation, here is my evaluation of the revisions I will make to my idea : ADD EVALUATION OF IDEAS
After receiving feedback on my pre-production, the revision I have made is to add in a set design, which you can see below:


CALENDAR (JANUARY - FEBURARY)
The college will be closed on the 25th January and between 18th and 24th of February. This will effect my scheduling as I am aware that access to equipment and software will be limited during this time.
